Returns & Refunds Policy

All products are sold for laboratory research use only to qualified business, laboratory, and institutional buyers.

All orders are final

Wholesale orders are final once placed. Orders cannot be cancelled, and properly fulfilled products cannot be returned.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

Report any problem within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@ogmedtech.com with your order reference, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant. After review, OG MedTech may replace the item or issue a refund at its discretion. Problems reported more than 48 hours after delivery may not be accepted.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned the same way you paid: card payments back to the original card through Stripe, and Zelle payments back to the account they came from.
